This is not investment advice
Everything published on TraderJury — reviews, comparisons, case studies, scam reports, guides — is editorial content. Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. TraderJury is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary, and no content here should be interpreted as a personal recommendation.
Trading is risky. You can lose money.
Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to forex, CFDs, futures, options, equities, and cryptocurrencies — carries substantial risk of loss. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose your entire deposit and, depending on the instrument and jurisdiction, more than your initial deposit. Most retail trader accounts lose money.
Trading is not appropriate for everyone. Before committing capital, consider your investment objectives, financial situation, level of experience, and risk tolerance. If in doubt, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.
Past performance does not predict future results
Historical track records, backtests, claimed returns, and screenshots of past trades — whether published by brokers, signal providers, educators, copy traders, or anyone else — are not reliable indicators of future performance. Returns can change dramatically based on market conditions, strategy changes, or fraud.
What our scores and verdicts mean
TraderJury aggregates trader-submitted ratings and editorial review of public evidence into a 0–5 community score and one of three verdict labels (Recommended, Use with caution, Avoid). These reflect our editorial assessment and the community's submitted experience at the date of last review. They are not guarantees, predictions, or solicitations to trade with any subject we cover.
A "Recommended" rating does not mean trading with that broker, prop firm, platform, or tool will be profitable. An "Avoid" rating does not mean every trader's experience will be negative. Use our content as one input among many — not as a substitute for your own due diligence.
Regulatory warnings
Many trading services we cover are regulated only in some jurisdictions, or not at all. Regulatory protections vary significantly by country. Brokers based offshore or in unregulated jurisdictions offer little to no recourse if disputes arise. Always verify a broker's regulatory status with the regulator directly before depositing funds.
ESMA (EU): retail CFD/forex trading carries a typical loss rate of 70–85% across regulated EU brokers. National DPAs (e.g., BaFin in Germany, FCA in the UK, ASIC in Australia) regularly publish warnings about unauthorised firms — check those before opening an account.
Affiliate links
TraderJury may earn affiliate commissions from outbound links to brokers and prop firms. Our disclosure covers this in detail. The presence of an affiliate link does not change our editorial assessment, but you should be aware that we have a commercial relationship with some subjects we cover.
No fiduciary duty
No content on TraderJury creates a fiduciary, advisory, or trust relationship between you and TraderJury, Florian Fendt, Arsam Javed, TRADE-REX e.K., or any contributor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
External links and third-party content
Links to broker websites, regulator filings, news articles, and other third-party resources are provided for context. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or accuracy.
